Programs

Campus Clubs U.S. mission statement is “loving kids into the Kingdom, equipping them to live for Christ, and developing positive urban leadership within their communities.” Each of our Clubs within Campus Clubs U.S. are Divinely designed to fit into His mission statement. We believe that a relationship with God through His Son is vital for the whole child. From this solid relationship, Campus Clubs leadership is committed to equipping young people. Through small group Bible Studies, our After School Tutorial Program, Jobs Club, camp experiences and the Knights and Queens, each program has been developed with this mission statement in mind. The Kingdom of God is near, and young people must experience it in the spiritual and physical realm.

Jobs Club

Jobs Club is a summer work readiness program designed for middle school students ages 11 to 13. A seven week program, Jobs Club combines career readiness and economic independence by providing training in economic literacy, basic job skills, how to dress for success, how to complete an application, and qualities employers are seeking in an employee. Students are also taught how to set a budget, the pros and cons of interest rates, and more importantly, the economics of staying in school. Jobs Clubs affords students an opportunity to begin to think about a career rather than a job. Students are taught in a classroom environment once a week these various work ethics. Tuesday through Thursday, students are afforded an opportunity to go out into the community and practice those skills through various community organizations (such as, The Community Food Bank, Loaves and Fishes, and Mulberry Outreach). They receive an $11 stipend a day. Half of their earnings are given to them in the form of a paycheck, the other is placed in an interest bearing account, which is held for them until they graduate from high school. This stipend is hopefully an incentive to stay in school. Students are also taught the biblical principles of work and money.
