Charlene Frame
Director of Foreign Language & Missions BiographyMs. Charlene Frame is a native of Atlanta, Ga. Ms. Frame graduated from Mercer University with a degree in Biology/Chemistry. She worked for NY Health Public Health Department. During this time God altered her life to develop and found her passion for youth and foreign language, where she founded the Charles E. Frame Foundation, named after her father. The Foundation is based on a tradition that was started in her own family; and God gave her the vision to offer this to the youth.
“With God tugging at my heart to start the foundation and confirmation given by my pastor in a sermon: "Just Do It." Pushed me into starting the foundation. That sermon radiated within me. (1 Chronicles 28:20 = "Be strong and of good courage and do it...."”
In 2001, she was licensed as a Minister and served as a Youth Minister and Director of the Singles Ministry. She also served as a Fellowship Pastor at Atlanta International Christian Praise Center in Atlanta, Ga. under the leadership of Bishop Richard B. & Sr. Pastor Jackie Lankford
